Case Study 1

ANNUAL COST SAVINGS OF over £6m

While working with an American organisation in the life sciences industry listed on the New York Stock Exchange with an annual turnover of over $4 billion, The Procurement Team was engaged to review and re-negotiate indirect spend contracts worth over £30m in value for their companies based in the UK.

These negotiations were conducted for over 100 of their businesses and covered logistics, marketing, IT, Telecoms, stationery, MRO and packaging categories with a combined annual spend of £30m and related in over £6m annual cost savings.

These negotiations also significant reduction in the vendor base, invoice generation, supplier management and improving service levels and contractual risk.

Case Study 2

£22 MILLION ANNUAL COST SAVINGS

Collaboratively working with a Financial Institute based in London to co-lead the contractual and commercial negotiations for their master service agreements with British Telecommunications and Cable & Wireless.

These agreements covered all the products and services that the organisation procured for their network connectivity, non-geographic and terrestrial calls, software applications, hardware etc.

Total spend for both agreements was over £70m per annum and the negotiations resulted in over £22m annual cost savings that were sustainable over the term of the contract.
